Solinea - Alveo In Cebu Special Payment Terms on Selected Units (Sneak Peak at Floor Plan)

To make it even easier to own a unit at Solinea, Alveo is also offering a special payment term for Studio Units S, T, U, V and W on the 16th floor and up. For these units, we have the option to pay an upfront down payment of 10% only, then a fixed monthly amortization of only P15,000 for the next 59 months. The balance will be due only on the 60th month. Here's how the payment schedule will look like under this special payment term: Indicative Price for a Studio Unit - P2.5M Down Payment (10%) - P250,000 (month 1) Monthly Amortization - P15,000 per month for 59 months Balance - P1.4M on the 60th month (either cash or via bank loan) These are the Studio Units covered by the special payment term as shown on a typical floor plan:
