Solinea - Alveo In Cebu Special Payment Terms on Selected Units (Sneak Peak at Floor Plan)

To make it even easier to own a unit at Solinea, Alveo is also offering a special payment term for Studio Units S, T, U, V and W on the 16th floor and up. For these units, we have the option to pay an upfront down payment of 10% only, then a fixed monthly amortization of only P15,000 for the next 59 months. The balance will be due only on the 60th month.
